Customer Service SUCKS!

I am frustrated with the customer service on my SIMPLE question to them on 9th Jan!! So called Shirlynn who attended my call was super annoying and best part was her explanation on my question was totally MAD & WRONG. She refused to transfer my line to the department head and was told bosses do not entertain calls!!! I am still waiting for a return call from living social and my message was noted by Roselyn
