Burger King
Condescending manage

Miscellaneous

On Wednesday, Jan. 9 I stopped at a Burger King in the Spring Meadows shopping center in Holland, Ohio. My order came to $2.07, so at the drive thru window I handed the lady 7 cents and a $20 bill. She took the 20 and it blew out of her hand. She said "Oh, no. I'm sorry". And I told her she'd better get it, so she came out of a side door and looked around, but it was long gone (windy day). She came back to the window and said "I couldn't find it". And I said "What are you gonna do about it? It blew out of YOUR hand". And she said she didn't know. So I asked to speak with the manager. She said he was at the bank but would be back, so I parked and went in, after looking around myself for a few minutes. I asked the manager what we were gonna do about it and he said 'she said it blew out of your hand". I said "No it did not. It blew out of HER hand". And his reply was "Well, it never came thru my window, so it's not my problem. There's nothing I can do about it. Have a nice day". I asked was he kidding me and he said, "No. Have a nice day" dismissing me again. He could have at the very least offered an apology. What made me madder than being out $20 was being talked down to.
