Waste of time

Taking this course has been an absolutely horrible experience. The site is slow, and requires regular call ins to verify who you are by voice biometrics. Their system does not work. After using the site for 4 hrs, 5 calls to customer service, I am now completely locked out. I am told I will have to wait to have their IT dept help me. Do yourself a favor and never use this service.
