Kool aid product drank mix - Kool -Aid

Way cant i get 8 qts out of your Kool aid drink mix. It says on label makes 8 qts. We buy this product all the time. But here lately the best i can do is 6qts. And yes i put in the amout marked on in side of measuring cup. This lost of 2qts adds up and need to get all i can for my money these days. I word ask that give me your respones on this mater.
