Ripoff

We ordered packet for Postal Jobs tests and placement asssistance on October 7th and they took our money on October 12th; $128.90. We have never received our packet I called the customer care were they called me a bi. Ch and hung up on me more then once. Then I spoke to Theresa who said was the manager and I asked to speak to her manager and she said 'I am the highest that you will be able to talk to ever. After they have called me back because I left a message on their phone, they treated me like I was the one stealing their moeny only to hang up on me again.

Fianlly Theresa faxed over a REFUND REQUEST where it states that we will be charged $19.99 for S&H which was never delivered and additional $25.00 restocking fee. What a ripoff.

I want my money back!!!
