He sold me inoperable electronic equipment, offered to take it back then claimed UPS never delivered.
I had a friend drive by the address I had and what I thought was his business was a nice house on a private cul de sac probably purchased with money he has scammed from other victims.
He took my money and probably scammed someone else with my returned item.
