I was give a special offer to get this product for $9.99 that's all, that's the end of it. I never agreed to any membership. Today they charged my visa card $99.99. I attempted to call them 15- times at (2) different numbers. 877-207-3548, and the 866 number they list where they are their 24 hours for support never any answer. They are a rip off and I want my $ returned to me. I have informed my bank and I will inform the BBB as, It seems their are allot of complaints. They need to be stopped!!! And people need to get their $ back.
