I was charged 2 charges after my trial order today. They called me less than 14days of my order & only 4days after receiving it. Still with me canceling the order they charged me causing my rent check & other items in my account to bounce!!! Why does this company both for follow-up calls when you asked to cancel & they play dumb that I didn't follow their proper protacal. Whatever the case the customers always right, what ever happen to proper customer service? I canceled everything they offered me even their monthly order scam. Read fine print people otherwise you'll be out money & may screw up your account. It takes 3-5days to return your return for their error. So mad!!!
