I was charged 2 amounts in 1 month (Dec.) totalling! 80.00. When I tried to cancel by phone they said I should have received replacement cartridges already. I have not received anything except charges on my credit card. I finally got through to them that I really wanted to cancel (my membership) before I was charged another 99.67. They said that my account would be put on hold and I will need to call again to cancel.
I hate trying to speak to customer service personnel that can barely speak English. It seems like they want us to get so frustrated at trying to get them to understand what we want to do that we will just say forget it.
