Purchased a Karen millen dress for which the money was immediately taken out of my account but I have received nothing from them to date and it is now the third of January.

I can't find a number to ring them so I can't call them. All I received was a general email thanking me for subscribing to their website but no mention of my order having being received, yet as already stated, the money is gone from my account. I've tried to email this general website but to no avail. Avoid this company at all costs. I've been bitten this once and it will never happen to me again. Make sure to check out a company you are thinking of dealing with first before parting with your hard earned cash as I was stupid enough to believe in them without first checking.
