My daughter and I ordered her prom gown on May 8th the money was taken out of my checking account the next day. Her prom was on June 1st and we never received the gown. I received one email from them on May 30th saying they were trying to get the gown to us in time and of course they did not. I have emailed them three other times about my refund and have heard nothing.
