My father had ordered a Louis Vuitton bag online. The status said pending online and when he emailed them, they said the order has been processed. And they will be sending out a tracking number soon.
He kept chasing them and they said we don't have the tracking number right now. However, they had deducted the money from the card. They said their shipping department has lost the tracking number.
When I chatted with them online, they said we should wait and it will arrive. They cannot issue a refund. Also, the website immediately started redirecting to www.louishandbaguk.co.uk from www.louisvuittonbags2013.co.uk after I said that I will complain against them.

It's a counterfeit goods company and a complete fraud.
