This company called me late at night with dire warnings about my computer is going to crash. They took control of my computer and "showed" me all of the bad things on it. I don't understand about any of that. Their urgency frightened me and i said okay., fix it! Today my son showed me the scambook page about this same company. Not sure how i'm going to get this corrected but at this time i believe they have access to my computer information that allows them to take from me whatever they want. I am fighting the charges but more of my worries are about what they left on my computer to give them access in the future.
