You apply to be a tester for their creams and just pay S& H £3.95 but this is misleading as once you have entered your details the terms and conditions are erratic and they end up taking more money from your account 14 days later. £87.95 in my case. Lucky enough I had informed my bank when I realised that this was a scam and got a charge back.
