I ordered two makeup palates on the 14th of December... And have never received the product. They sent me an email saying they will notify me when it is shipped and I am not to notify them if I don't receive it because that means it is still being processed. I had gone on a sephora site to order Christmas gifts and four different companies popped up with the same items and I went with this one because of a little bit lower price. But now realizing it is a scam.
