I ordered a makeup palette on 12/6. After emailing several times, I received a generic email citing delays because of Hurricane Sandy (which occurred in October!). My card was charged within days after placing the order. The order status is still "In Process." When I tried going to their website again today, it was "Unavailable." I have been scammed!!!
