I ordered a pair of ugg boots. When they did arrive, they looked strange and did not come in a box. They were a xmas present. They were worn for 3 hrs. And the buttons fell off. I compared them with a authentic pair of ugg boots and realized they are a fake. I want to return them but the phone number is no longer in service and i have reported this to my credit card comp. Get these guys! I thought is was odd i never received an email to verfiy my order or the status of my order.
