I found charges on my credit card in the amount of $50/month for three months and have no recollection of having ever signed up for even a free trial. Their initial response on telephone was that they do not give refunds. When I was insistant that I had not signed up, they offered $25 and indicated that the account had been set up three months previously. Then I got very insistent and asked for my user name and password at which time I was told that if I use it and log into the site, I would no longer be eligible for the refund.in the end, they agreed to a full refund, but it really feels like they make their money off of the people who accept that they will not refund or that they only partially refund. I had the same experience for a lesser amount with reelvidz. They did not seem to be able to provide anything that indicated I had ever really signed up. Frustrating and a lesson learned for me.
