Eturned item did not recieve monies back

TchNever received my monies back on credit card for returned item, damaged/broken item? They, antennadeals.com ignored all requests? Paid $26.41 returned/tracked shipping and they received on nov. 8/12 according to canada post records, but to no avail? Do not order from this place not in the least worth it and they hide behind there website to not get back to you. They are rip offs, thanks for nothing and all the costs I incurred because of antennadeals in TEXAS, Flint, texas. My credit card was no better they are more concerned about the merchant, there words in general. With the proof I had PC Financial Mastercrad is still after six weeks is giving me a hard time? All the information I sent them tracking no, emails, purchase proof, arrival of returned it to merchant and PC FINANCIAL will not HELP??? $40.36 is the item amount iam out so much, that includeds the insults from PC FINANCIAL MASTERCARD company and antennadeals.com? Thanks for nothing!!!
