My husband ordered a Northface coat off of the Northface website and it was never delivered, nor anyway to get ahold of the company (CMAEM) to be reimbursed. Found this out after contacting Northface and being told no such order existed in their system. I was told this was not the first time this has happened on the Northface website. Needs to be fixed.
