I purchased three items from this company and only received two. I called and spoke with Brandon in customer service. He was polite, but I feel that there was a flim flam going on as he gave me two different ship dates and informed me that there was no tracking number on the package they claim was sent via the USPS. He said that he would ship it out to me since he didn't know where it was delivered. At first he told me it would ship today, then he said Monday. It would take five to seven days to get here. I then explained to him that the state attorney general in my state is notorious for prosecuting scammers, and the using the mail to scam anyone is also a federal offence. So the package should arrive a week from Monday the 31st of December. We'll see.

I did note that there was a woman in the background fighting with another person on the phone. It sounded heated and nasty. I don't know what went on there but I would imagine it was similar to all that we are dealing with.
