I think this is the most dishonest internet retailer I have ever dealt with. Purchased a new Canon camera in November. After a few days received a message that they needed to talk to me. Called back, and their representative (Rich) repeated several times that the camera did not come with a battery and that my memory card would not work. Not used to being lied to, purchased the items. Of course the camera came with a battery and my existing card works. Called several times, eventually was offered a 75% refund with me shipping the items back and signing an extensive waiver for them.
They denied what was said and told me they recorded the calls, but when I asked them to replay the recordings it never happened.
