I called to cancel a previous order, of a smaller camera. Ordered a better camera and was pressured into a better battery. I did not get the faster card but was reassured i could add it later in the day if needed. After talking to a friend i was told that the better battery was not necessary. I called a local camera shop and was told again that the battery in the nikon 1j1 was perfectly fine and not just a 20 min battery life like i was told by the representative. Upon calling the company and passed back and forth between who to talk to, being hung up on three times, and having the person put his hand over the phone and just not talk to me, i was infuriated. I wanted to talk to a supervisor and was rerouted again. I do not believe they have one.
