12 pk openings

Please, please consider redesigning your 12 pk fridge pack openings. It is impossible to open them without the whole end opening up and the cans falling all over the floor. I can't tell you how many cans I've accidentally punctured by trying to score the perforations to open it. I'm seriously considering not buying your products because I'm so tired of the frustration and sticky mess I have to clean up. I notice I am not the only one to complain about this, please help! I'm losing money buying DP products.
