Any charge collected under the name of "SAFECART" is a scam. They use that name with several front purchases and continue to make false purchases with safecart as the collection agent. This time I asked for technical help and after a while they told me that my problem required another company, which handles the more the more difficult problems, to help me and that it would cost $100. They contacted the "other company" probably about 3 feet away. They solved my problem with a simple answer which should have done in a minute's time by the first person I spoke with.
