I am not even sure what safecart is? Maybe something I looked at online once or something that did a pop up saying I needed this. Maybe I was tricked into giving info but it was a long time ago and I dont remember. So now I suddenly have $9.95 deducted from my bank account as yearly dues??? Seriously, this is a rip off! I will be contacting pay pay to see what I can do as pay pal has always been very reliable. Be aware of safecart!
