I have ordered this product over the phone as well. Mind youit took weeks to get through cause it was always engaged. They rang me to say they couldnt fill the order with the lace bras i requested so were sending three plain and three lace. They arrived 22/12. They were nothing like what they say they offereed. I where xxxl and the bra comes with padding... I dont need anymore. They fir like nothing. I have as much support without one on. I immediatley rang to get return authorisation code and have been ringing every day since. Even at 5am and the phone is always engaged. How are you meant to geta code if they dont answer. I have emailed today but dont hold much hope of reply and there terms say they wont accept unless you have a code. So far i have only been billed p&h. I will not be paying anymore and really dont believe if im returning something i should pay that but from past experience with danoz i will be returning and registering the return. This is disgusting service and false advertising. What can we do. Who do we report these people to
