I ordered boots from this company in the beginning of Nov. As of today I have e-mailed them 5 times and tried calling only to be disconnected after a 45 min. Wait. The 3rd e-mail I did get a response blaming the delay on the California port strike. This company has terrible customer service and it seems like the bottom line is scamming customers. I would advise people not to order from this company!
