34.95 was taken out of my ba just kept on getting put on holdnk account with out my permisssio on dec, 7 2012 and when i called 1 866 978 7646 i was told money would be refunded in 7 days and never got money and when called again on dec 19 i was told money was being refunded on 18th and would be in bank in 4 bussiness days and still no money and i tried calling today dec24 and couldnt reach anyone j
