Loan for Incomplete Schooling Collected From Paychecks

I was attending Tampa Tech Inst in 1996. I did not complete the school, but was told that "I" signed two checks, which is not true, and that I did complete! Back in I s/w a gentleman (above a supervisor) at Sallie Mae to correct the issue. I was told that it would be done. Now they are taking money from my paychecks to pay off this loan! Again, I did not complete the schooling nor did I sign any checks!!! I had done research years ago and had found out that the school has faked student names/ss# to get grants to continue running.
