I was trying to get protection for my laptop, did not download cause I didn't keep it when I contacted systweak I was told to send them an email witch I did and have not heard anything from them As I mentioned I returned the laptop cause I was not able to remember my signon cause it was a finger touch secured. I have a desktop and have Norton coverage 100% so this is why I don't need any more.
