I received a faulty item which I have been waiting over 3 months for a replacement.
After months of waiting and countless emails I have still not received the replacement.
I have requested several times for my money to be refunded and have been told that my order does not qualify for this. When I have paid in advance in full for an item that I don't have, I know I am entitled to a refund.
