They called me on my personal cell phone and start telling me about the procedure and how they will help me proceed my application form and asked me to pay 455 US D as service fee and if i don't have the money i can just give them my credit card number so i can register me and i can pay them later when i get the money, they asked me to give them the first six numbers of my credit card so they would confirm the acceptance of paying via this type of Credit cards, well i didn't give them any info, i just wanted to make sure if it's scam!!
