I noticed my checking account was charged 30.00 so I contacted the phone number on the check and the lady told me its a fee for their loan application that I never knew of. I told her I don't want a loan and to remove my name and she doesn't hear what I am telling her and she says the only way to refund my loan is to go through with the loan application and if I get denied than it will be refunded. Did anybody get their refund back?
