I was with this company since August. I had (3) creditors to pay - they have paid off so they say (2) of my creditors.in December I tried to contact them for the status of my account and have been unable to reach them. All you get is answering service then they tell you you dialed the wrong party and hang up. They have been taking $357.00 each month from me. I called the company that has been taking my monies from my account called Global Solution Services and told them I no longer want them to take monies from my account. They are suppose to be sending me my December payment back. This company still has funds that I would like to get back - they have approximately $4,000 of my monies and I still have (1) creditor out here that needs to get paid. If I could get that monies back i would be able to pay that off. Any suggestions how I should proceed.
