I RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE mail on decmber 19th stating there was 4$21,000.00. If i sent in $12.99 plus$3.99then i would be a winner. You don't pay to win money. If you win you win. So if i won then send me my money. This is fraud and yes i can take you to court over this. You better do what is right in god's eyes and send the money. No one pays to get money. Do it and i want my money by dec. 25th or a lawyer i will see. People can't let folks like you keep on doing this to them. Anna cary. Email: (Personal Information Removed).
