I wish to file a complaint as i got a free trial online and nothing was said about a charge of 75 pounds which was taken out of my Bank Account. I have gone into overdraft unauthorised and the bank has occurred a 25 pouns fee. I am a lone parent with children and it has left me with no money in my bank.
