My dispute is open with Paypal and I have 20 days to deal with this company from today but, from what I read about this Company I'm not sure if we gonna get a resolution to my satisfaction... Below a copy of my complain:

I just received my order 4 days ago. Before that, I tried to call their 866 655-3398 number and was disconnect after a while. After I finally got the order (directly from China!)
And opened the package and read and follow the instructions the Tablet unit did not load. The screen steel black, with no sound. Only with a green light on it was red before I charged. I then call the number back and spoke with “Mr. Jen" (I'm not sure if this is the correct name) that offer to send me a "new charger". After I explained to him that the problem was not the charger but with the "tablet unit" itself. He said that will send me an email with the instructions into how to send my unit back to them to be replace. This was yesterday morning. I asked him if I should expect the email on the same day and he confirmed that. However, I did not receive yet.in addition, he mentioned a ten ($10.00) that I don't know exactly what for? I hope he will do the right thing and send me a new unit tablet or I will be force to go to the next step.

For the record: inside the unit box came a two long black hairs and the USB Lan cable, Car Charge without plastic protection, mini 32 GB in clear plastic case without any identification.in separate came also a 10" keyboard case in a clear plastic.
