Saw an unauthorized fee on bank statement. Called the bank to see what this was about and they told me that pacific advanced had withdrew, So I called the place and asked them why they stole 30.00 from me. Afterwords they say that in order for me to not have to pay the fee I would have to get a loan from them. I hung up. And will be asking the bank on what to do for now until get an officer involved. Emails they gave me none of which are mine, And phone# to "fill" out the "application" was a very old phone number from the cable company from 3 years ago. (We dropped them b/c we got tired of being S'd over.)
