Miscellaneous

In Nov. I cancelled my auto-bill pay with frontier, when it came to my attention that I had a $810.47 credit to my account. The auto-bill pay was taking $257.00 a month for about 4, Dec. 2012 comes around and another $257.00 comes out of my account, and now I am in overdraft. So now my credit is $1,067.00, when I contacted Frontier on this matter, on Dec. 10 They said that they would have a check in the mail, and I should have it in 7 business days. After not receiveing my check, I call again today, Dec. 18 They told me that they are behind in their processing dept. And I wont get it until Jan. 2013. I was also told that there is not people watching over our accounts, so if anything goes wrong, where you are getting to much money you don't let your custamer's know? What is up with that? I was also told that it's not there job to watch over all the accounts that they have. I just want my money back now, like I was first told. It don't take month's to print out a check. All you have shown me is that you are not trust worthy. Truly yoursPam Winkleblack-Buchanan
