Miscellaneous

On 27/11, I (stupidly) purchased a trial offer of Derma Juvenate, a cosmetic product, from a webpage that was an advert link via the Huffington Post.
There was no mention on the webpage of a sale or return condition; I therefore had no idea that because I didn't return the product within 14 days, I was charged what they say is the full cost: £89.91.
I would never have bought the product if I knew I would have that amount extracted from my bank account without my authority.
I have informed my bank and cancelled the card I paid with, so they can't extract more money for what they call Autorefill - sending more product every month at that exorbitant charge.
I have emailed this company to request a refund of my money and complained about the sharp practice but with no satisfaction.
They deny the product is theirs yet, a google search for Derma Juvenate gives you a webpage about it's benefits and a click on link to Procellix.
This appears to me, to be at best, a deceptive and shabby way to run a business and at worst, an out and out scam.
