I purchased the trial deal with the company. I received a cheezy bottle that was probably worth 11 cents (clue number one things were not as they seemed). After 14 days of trying the product the agreement was that they would charge my card $187 and I would receive two more bottles.

I never received the product so I contacted them about this. They appologized and then said they will look into it. Two weeks later no word from them, so I write them again. They didn't bother to respond to that either. I sent a third email requesting my money back and they still won't respond to me.

This company is either fake or going down the drain financially. I see that other people got their product, but I didn't... And they don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my request. Something is severely wrong here. If they were a legit company they would have responded to me, sent me my missing product, and/or when I requested my money back because they were not following the AGREEMENT, they should have refunded my money.

Satisfaction guaranteed... Don't listen to them... It is a lie.
