Unaware of the monthly charge of 39.95 after signing up as a "V.I. P" member, i realized i was billed on my credit card, So i immediately called there number to find out why i was charged the 39.95. I waited about 25 mins on the phone just to get threw to someone at this point i was extremely pissed off. She explained the "skip this month option" which is VERY inconvenient to someone like myself who doesn't have access to a computer and there website doesn't work on my mobile device. So i was obligated to use my 39.95 "Credit" towards a purchase which i really didn't need nor want, but apparently she can't refund me my money. So my order is on it way in the mail so i decide to call to cancel my member ship. The girl on the phone was EXTREMELY pushy and laughing at me. She asked me why i want to cancel at least 5 times and kept throwing offers at me and asking for my permission. I told her at least 10 times no i'm not interested in keeping my membership and i told her my internet situation. It shouldn't have to be such a problem to cancel. I'm still worried she didn't cancel it because i am still able to log into the account. To me Just Fab is extremely shady and i regret signing up for it. They should really state clearly before signing up the monthly charges to your credit card. I don't trust the website one bit.
