I ordered the free trial Stem CellActiv 30 ml Silver Jar and Lyten Skin 1 at $2.95 each. I did not have the opportunity to try the products in their time limit. I called the company and was advised they would credit my account with the FULL amount of $179.90 and give me a deadline of Dec. 27 to try the product. They refunded my account $44.96. NOT $170.90 which was agreed. I have tried to call them again but the line is either busy or I am put on hold for almost an hour. This is Dec. 16th and I am still in limbo with this product. I went to www.myeasycancel.com/AnanaStemCellActiv/index.php to cancel and received a notice "successfully cancelled" but since there are two different order numbers I don't know if both were cancelled. I tried the above website and it is not recognized on Bing, Yahoo or Google. The telephone lines are still busy and I would not trust the representative to give the truth. I am still out $134.94.
