I took a loan out and they hit my account with the 34.95 charge in addition to. 19, and. 24$ plus they called me today and said that they are filing criminal charges for fraud, check writting and something else. Plus when I asked what was the case number and for the criminal file, the guy who didn't speak english too well hung up with me then I called them back ask for a Dexter Cruze he wasn't there so I ask this other guy to read me off the charges that are being filed he did so then when I told him to fax me a copy I heard him talk to some one in the background in a different laguage then hang up. This company is a total scam and I'm sure if I didn't catch it in time then they would have drained my account and really screw me. So they are block from taking any money from my account plus I will file crimial charges against them foe harrasement threating me that I would get a visit from the shreff department and sent to jail. This is horrible just befor the holidays.
