They were to lower my interest rates and they did not. The only way to be refunded the $998 was to pay off the cards. I did that in the time frame they gave me. I sent them all the paperwork that was showing the 0 balances on my cards. I was told I would have my refund in Sept, Oct, Nov. Then they went off the radar. No refunds.
