I ordered a pair of Dr Seuss converse shoes as a Christmas present for my daughter, I received an email the week after my order was placed stating that my order had been dispatched. The following week I received a package but the order I received was incorrect. I have been sent a Green Bay Packers Sports top. I am not receiving replies to my various emails.
