I called Blue Rhino regarding a damaged product (Skeeter Vac) I received. I had no problem getting through and I was told to submit proof of purchase. I did this and included a video and picture of the damage to show that it occurred prior to shipping. I received no response from three emails, even though I included the owner on my emails. After my third email, I received a response and my broken part was replaced. However, I had to go way to far with this outfit and did not feel like a customer at all. I won't purchase a product from them again and no longer buy my propane from them.
