Still not paid for two sales

I have still not been paid for two sales that were placed over 2 months ago. I contacted copious THREE times and finally after nearly 2 weeks I heard back from them saying I have already been paid.

I responded right away and said that was not the case. I looked up my poundpay account and the bank account where the money gets transferred to and those two sales do not show up.

It's been another week and still no response. I'm amazed how how crappy their customer service department is. They cannot compete with Etsy and Ebay so they should just admit that they have failed miserably. I am a very successful seller on Etsy so I don't even know why I messed with copious in the first place. Huge mistake.
