I ordered a sample (as many other people have who have been ripped off by this company.) I ordered it on Nov. 27th. It came on the 30th, and I called on Dec. 12th to cancel. I am only on my 13th day and called early and was advised that I have to pay $99 because it is started on the day it was shipped, not the day it was received. So, it means that your trial period starts when you do NOT have the samples, but when you call them. This is INSANE... How is this a 14 day trial... You can't try it while it is in shipment. They refuse to give me my $99 back. Please do not order this product... It is not worth anything.
